Annual Big Sandy Spring Fair
Every year the Love Big Sandy Project puts on the Spring Fair, it truly is fun for the whole family! We have arts and crafts, a car show, lots of yummy food from various food vendors, funnel cakes, giant inflatables, train rides, games, live entertainment from local artist and dancers, a petting zoo and more! Each year we add new and exciting attractions. Invite your family and friends for a day of sunshine and smiles while supporting small businesses and organizations at our fair!

Booth Application Instructions:
Returning vendors must have all paperwork and monies delivered to the Love Big Sandy event coordinator by February 26th** to reserve a space. Returning vendors who have not received a contract can contact the event coordinator at LoveBigSandy@gmail.com.

Vendors who participated last year have first option in their category.

Please include in your message or email, your name, organization, what you’re planning to sell, type of vendor (commercial, arts and crafts, non profit), address and phone number for day and night.
The grounds are open for set up as follows: Saturday, April 14th, 8 AM. We do not furnish tables, chairs, or tents. Space is limited. Electric hook-ups are very limited. All requests are handled on a first come basis, no duplicate booths.
